One of our partner companies manages a private fund that facilitates trading opportunities in energy, currency, metals, and other markets.   Additionally, they have established a network of other related funds with similar and diversified interests.   Those relationships allow us to provide a larger array of financial programs through our divisions to meet the needs of the participants in our industry.   Two examples of our financial diversity are as follows:

 (1) Energy Project- We can finance Domestic and International Energy Projects from $200 million and up; and,

(2) Paper Assets Loans- We are seeking lending opportunities against paper assets (Stocks, Bonds, CDs Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, etc.) from $1 million to $500 million and up.
