Your Loan Process with CU Lending Partners, Inc. 

1                    Complete loan scenario request  (please see website main page);

2                    Receive acceptable loan parameter for your loan scenario via email;

3                    Fully Complete and Submit loan Application (all loan applications can be found on our website in the “Applications & Forms”);

4                    Loan application is reviewed by a CU Lending Partners Professional;

5                    Discuss the details of your loan application with a CU Lending Partners Professional;

6                    Loan application is accepted;

7                    Receive a Letter of Interest (“LOI”);

8                    Sign & Return the “LOI” to CU Lending Partners (BORROWER MUST SIGN THE “LOI”);

9                    LOI is signed and returned to borrower;

10                Receive check list of initial mandatory documentation to support your loan application;

11                Return copy of initial check list of initial supporting documentation along with ALL initial supporting documentation.  (PLEASE NOTE INCOMPLETE DOCUMENT SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  YOU MUST SUBMIT ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS REQUESTED IN THE INITIAL DOCUMENT REQUEST ALONG WITH THE DOCUMENT CHECK LIST AT THE SAME TIME. PIECEMEAL SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL ONLY DELAY YOUR LOAN APPROVAL PROCESS.);

12                Documents are analyzed with your loan application;

13                Documents are accepted;

14                Conditional Approval, Fee & Exclusivity Agreements are provided (CU Lending Partners’ fees, and 3rd party fees are listed in this agreement);

15                Conditional Approval, Fee & Exclusivity Agreements are signed by borrower and returned to CU Lending Partners;

16                Borrower receives a copy of the fully executed Conditional Approval; Fee & Exclusivity Agreements;

17                Borrower satisfies and returns all conditions (PLEASE NOTE INCOMPLETE CONDITION  SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  YOU MUST SUBMIT ALL OF THE CONDITIONS REQUESTED IN THE CONDITIONAL APPROVAL  REQUEST ALONG WITH THE DOCUMENT CHECK LIST AT THE SAME TIME. PIECEMEAL SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL ONLY DELAY YOUR LOAN APPROVAL PROCESS.);

18                Conditions are analyzed;

19                Conditions are accepted;

20                (Please note additional documentation may be requested at this time.  If additional documentation is needed you will receive an additional documentation check list.);

21                Additional Documents (if required) are submitted to CU Lending Partners;

22                Additional Documents are analyzed;

23                Commitment is Issue;

24                Commitment is signed by Borrower and returned within the time specified on the Commitment (Important!!! Please Note  submitting your Commitment after the time specified on the Commitment will subject you to adjustments to the Rate & Terms for your loan as well as the possibility of your loan being denied);

25                Closing is Scheduled;

26                Closing is performed;

27                Your Loan is Funded………….. Congratulations;

28                Please note the time frame from submitting your loan application to funding your loan will vary depending on your project, your cooperation and 3rd party vendors (typically the entire process can take between 30 to 90-days, Hard-Money Loans can be much faster, Construction loans can be much longer);
